Short Biography
Sebastian Günther is a Ph.D. student at the Telecooperation Lab at the Technical University of Darmstadt under the supervision of Max Mühlhäuser. He has a strong interest in Human-Computer interaction research with special focus on haptic systems as well as Virtual- and Augmented-Reality technologies. Prior to his work at the Telecooperation Lab, he received a Master's degree in Computer Science from TU Darmstadt and did a research internship at FXPAL.

The main reason is that users are either not motivated to use these solutions or not able to correctly use them. We classified the different mental models in eleven folk models. Eight of the identified folk models are similar to the models Wash presented.
